Start here, or email us with the app version, macOS version and a short description of what happened.
1. Allow screen access
Open System Settings → Privacy & Security → Screen Recording (the name can vary by macOS version). Enable the app, then follow macOS instructions.
2. Capture and edit
Choose an area, window or screen. Add an annotation or a solid redaction, then save or copy the result.
3. Find and organize
Use the library to search recognized text and titles, add tags, keep favorites and adjust retention.
4. Share carefully
Review exported images. Automatic suggestions can miss sensitive data. Editable projects may retain the original; share the exported image when you want a flattened result.
